Owner, landscape designer & Licensed Landscape Contractor Jeff Stevens holds over 20 years of experience in landscape construction and gladly serves as a construction management specialist on each and every project, believing strongly in a hands-on approach where craftsmanship and passion come first.

Every full set of plans incorporates a detailed project construction worklist, estimate, illustrated garden perspectives and detailed plant information. Smart practices carried out by Educated, Qualified and Passionate individuals helps to promote and ensure a Beautiful, Healthy and Thriving slice of Nature right outside your own back door. We can just about always correct or prevent potential problems or costly future repairs by understanding the big picture and practicing intelligent gardening. Whether a landscape requires maintenance on a bi-weekly basis, 3-4 times per year or even a "1-time" garden make-over and rehabilitation we love to care for and develop every landscape into a mature work of art as much as we love creating them in the first place!

Few things can benefit the health and beauty of an outdoor living space while helping to preserve California's precious natural resources like water wise irrigation practices...all while cutting back on the water bill. A low water/drought tolerant landscape can be stunningly beautiful as well as beneficial to the environment and local ecology. Recognized as an EPA WaterSense Partner, Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor, and Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL), Jeff clearly understands the nuances and value of water and how it's used in the landscape. On average over 50% of a household's water use is devoted to landscaping with the typical landscape being over-watered by double!! With some simple tools we can enjoy beautiful landscapes and feel good about celebrating them in a way that actually strengthens our natural world, and our own household budget.
